IndiKit An online guide to SMART indicators for Relief and Development Projects

Author(s): Editor

IndiKit ( aims to enable humanitarian and development workers to:

  1. Use well-formulated indicators for measuring their interventions’ progress towards achieving the intended outputs, outcomes and impact; and
  2. Correctly collect and analyse the data required for each indicator.

It lists hundreds of indicators across different sectors, including healthnutrition and WASH. With two or three clicks, anyone can access useful, step-by-step guidance prepared based on actual field experience. Its content is in line with the existing standards and was reviewed by a range of INGOs, and UN, academic and freelance experts. Similarly to Wikipedia, any relief and development practitioner can propose new content and improve the existing guidance.

IndiKit was developed by the Czech relief and development organization People in Need (PIN).
